What is it for?
Team Coaching also allows you to uncover dynamics, tensions, difficulties, and issues that often remain unexpressed within the group, but which over time end up impacting relationships, motivation, energy, and team results.
Through a structured, safe, and guided space, people increase awareness, mutual understanding, and the quality of interactions, fostering a climate of greater openness and a sense of responsibility.
