I am an energetic, joyful, and thoughtful person. I was born and raised in Milan, where I studied Political Science and International Relations. Before dedicating myself fully to coaching, I worked for eight years in the world of international cooperation as a project manager, living in South Africa, Cameroon, Brazil, Angola, and Switzerland.

Coaching was born from the intersection of my professional career and the constant contact with diverse people, cultures, and mindsets, which gave me a global vision and a richer perspective on the diversity that exists in the world.

Training, experience and vision

Over the years, I have trained through two international coaching programs: the Coaching Master Program accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), resulting in the ICF PCC credential, and the Golden Belt program at FEBRACIS, an international institution specializing in Systemic Integral Coaching.

Today, I accompany individuals, leaders, and teams from different countries and cultures around the world on transformation, growth, and soft skills development journeys, working in Italian, English, French, and Portuguese.

I am passionate about nature, diverse cultures, foreign languages, breakfast, sunsets, authentic human connections, and everything that helps people feel more aligned, alive, and aware on their life journey.
